This dual camp is a high-end camp with top coaches dedicated toward the specific skills associated with shooting & striking a ball for field players, and also hands, footwork and angles for goalkeepers. Each group trains separately for the first hour and then both groups are brought together for combined instruction, including match related activities. FIELD PLAYERS Coach Kees is the main instructor for the field players. The great thing about this camp is that the focus is on the details and nuances of striking a ball, not just “finishing”. So it is not just for goal scorers, but for any player wishing to strike the ball with more variety and more consistency. The daily routine follows logical progressions from warm up to live shooting in match related games. GOALKEEPERS Doug Cardosi (ODP Regional Staff) is the main instructor for the keepers and brings his very popular personality and expertise to the party. Doug and his staff touch on all of the most important aspects of the goalkeeper position and give it the attention and detail that the position deserves. Everything from hands, footwork and angles to communication, distribution and psychology are covered in the 4 sessions.
